The
Cebu Light Industrial park is world class industrial estate, initially
comprising 70 hectares, located on Mactan Island in the province
of Cebu, one of the Philippines' fastest growing regions. CLIP is
approximately six kilometers away or a mere 10-minute drive from
the Mactan-Cebu International Airport.

CLIP benefits from the substantial experience and expertise of its
major owner, Science Park of the Philippines, Inc. (SPPI), one of
the country's leading industrial estate developers. SPPI's two previous
industrial estates, The Light Industry and Science Park I and II,
were both tremendously successful and are known for the high quality
of their facilities, strong and effective management and concern
for the environment. They are located in the province of Laguna,
in the heart of the CALABARZON region and an easy drive from Manila.
