are allowed to enter the Philippines without visas (except
those coming from countries listed below), for a stay not
exceeding 21 days, provided they are holders of passports
valid for at least six (6) months and valid tickets for a
return journey to the country of origin or to the next country

The following are also required entry visas to the Philippines:
1. Palestinians
2. Holders of Chinese-Taipei passports
3. Holders of Hongkong Document of Identity (DI) and Certificate
of Identity (CI)
4. Holders of Malaysian Certificate of Identity (CI)
The following nationals are allowed to enter the Philippines
without visa for a stay not exceeding seven (7) days:
1. Holders of Hongkong-British passports
2. Holders of Macau-Portuguese passports Inquiries and visa applications
can be made at the nearest Philippine Embassy or Consulate-General.
